Removes scaling from heat exchangers, cooling towers and unclogs pipes
A Moroccan food processing plant installed Vulcan 3000 and 5000 units on boilers, heat exchangers, and sterilizers. Results: water softener eliminated, 15-year-old scale removed, old scale becomes soft.
A residential customer tested Vulcan for 6 weeks. After two weeks, lime deposits noticeably subsided on coffee machine and faucets, and water felt softer. The trial led to a purchase decision.
The Janker family in Berlin tested the Vulcan 5000 alongside two magnetic water treatment devices. Weingut Adam Müller in Leimen, Germany, successfully replaced their salt-based water softener with a Vulcan system at their wine filling station. Operating at 8 m³/h with water hardness of 25-28 °dH and temperatures ranging from 14°C to 90°C, they report no scale deposits—even in the critical warm water and alkaline zones of the cleaning machine.
