Measurable Results
Without Scale Inhibitor Chemicals
CCI Vietnam does not utilise scale inhibitor chemicals. As a result, the chiller must be cleaned on a quarterly basis.
The Test: We installed a Vulcan S150 for one chiller system eight months after that, and compared it to other similar systems.
With Scale Inhibitor Chemicals
CCI Vietnam utilises a scale inhibitor chemical. In response, we proceeded with the installation of the Vulcan S250.
The Result: Effectively eliminated the need for scale inhibitor chemicals, while maintaining the use of 50% biocide chemicals.
Comparison: This approach has been compared with another system over a period of 15 months, with similar outcomes observed.
